First Title plc is the holding company of a dynamic group of companies that has been serving the property sector throughout the UK and Europe for over 20 years.  Our consistent company growth has been achieved via product innovation, diversification of services and through strategic acquisitions.  Our business-to-business products and services enable solicitors, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers and estate agents to deliver a more efficient and advanced service to their clients.

This year the group will continue to grow the business in ways that are consistent with our 2007 strategic plan. The company will operate in three distinct segments but will leverage the products and services of each division for the benefit of all of our customers. The three business segments are Insurance services operated through First Title Insurance and First Title Insurance Brokers, Property services through Live and Live Overseas and Processing services through Enact.
